Fashion and Sustainability Free On-line Course: Understanding Luxury Fashion in a Changing World

Fashion is a global industry worth $2.4 trillion USD, employing around 50 million people, and representing one of the world’s most resource and labour-intensive industries. Human rights, chemical pollution, water shortage, waste and climate change are key themes to be addressed to make positive change and re-imagine currently damaging systems.

This course from London College of Fashion’s Centre for Sustainable Fashion, supported by luxury fashion group Kering explores key sustainability issues, agendas and contexts associated with luxury fashion.

It runs over six weeks and it is aimed at those working in fashion, fashion education, and those with an interest in sustainability in the fashion industry.
